Sports Performance Psychology

Michael Dabney brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of sports performance. With a master's degree in sports performance psychology from the University of Denver, Michael has dedicated his career to helping athletes excel in their respective sports.

 

Throughout his career, Michael has worked with athletes from a diverse range of sports, including basketball, soccer, gymnastics, and distance running. His extensive background also includes significant work with eating disorder patients, demonstrating his commitment to addressing both the mental and physical aspects of performance.

 

In addition to his role as a sports performance consultant, Michael has experience as a rehabilitation specialist, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process and the unique challenges athletes face when returning to their sport after an injury.

 

Michael's holistic approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance mental resilience, focus, and overall well-being, ensuring that each athlete he works with can reach their full potential.
